  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter; press into liners to form crusts.
  3. Combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg for streusel topping; refrigerate.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth; add vanilla, flour, and an egg.
  5. Spoon cheesecake filling over crusts; top with spiced apple mixture and streusel.
  6. Bake for 28-30 minutes until edges are set but centers jiggle slightly.
