  • 2224 egg roll wrappers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • Cooking oil or spray for baking
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar for topping
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch.
