  • 5 ounces Albacore Tuna (drained)
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro (fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons Lime (juiced)
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Pico de Gallo
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna well to remove excess liquid.
  2. In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well to create a creamy base.
  3. In another bowl, peel and chop the avocado. Squeeze lime over it and lightly mash while keeping some chunks for texture. Season with salt.
  4. On a plate, layer half of the mashed avocado, followed by half of the tuna mixture and top with pico de gallo. Repeat the layers if desired.
