  • 4 salmon fillets (5–6 ounces each)
  • 1 round Boursin cheese (5.2 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, combine Boursin cheese, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil/butter until smooth.
  4. Pat salmon fillets dry; drizzle remaining oil over them and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place fillets in the dish skin-side down and spread the cheese mixture evenly on top.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let rest for 2 minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving with lemon wedges.
