  • 1½ cups granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 large eggs
  • Zest and juice of 2 lemons

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (177ºC) and prepare an 8" x 8" baking pan by lining it with foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, salt, lemon zest, and flour to create the crust. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. For the filling, beat softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time, followed by lemon juice and zest. Mix in flour until just combined.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and top with blueberries.
