  • 1 recipe of shredded chicken
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Hawaiian rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare shredded chicken by boiling or using rotisserie chicken.
  3. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, ranch dressing, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cut Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom rolls and top with shredded cheese before placing the top buns back on.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning; brush over the top buns.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
