  • 1 (16 oz) bag Mini Pretzels
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 bag Heath Toffee Bits

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°F.
  2. In a large bowl, pour in the mini pretzels.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla and baking soda.
  5. Pour the hot toffee mixture over the pretzels and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle half of the Heath Toffee Bits over them and mix again.
  6. Spread coated pretzels onto a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  7. After baking, sprinkle remaining Heath Toffee Bits on warm pretzels before allowing them to cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, break into clusters for serving.
