  • 4 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter flavoring
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch sauce
  • 1/4 cup fruit soda
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 8 oz. tub of cool whip

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare an 8-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sour cream and mix well.
  4. Gradually incorporate sugar; then beat in eggs one at a time until fully combined.
  5. Mix in vanilla extract, butter flavoring, butterscotch sauce, fruit soda, and butterscotch chips.
  6. Pour mixture over crust and bake for about 60 minutes.
  7. Turn off the oven and let cool inside with the door ajar for an hour before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
  8. Top with cool whip before serving.
