  • 24 small raw shrimp
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons creole mustard
  • ¼½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning (to taste)

  • 4 teaspoons finely chopped pickled jalapeños
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 13 minutes; cool in an ice bath before peeling.
