Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease your loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In one bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and espresso powder.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, sour cream, and mashed bananas until smooth.
  5. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients gently until just mixed; avoid overmixing.
