  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder
  • 1 tablespoon melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar; let sit for 5 minutes until frothy. Add melted butter, eggs, and salt; gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough until smooth and place it in a warm area to rise for about 1 hour.
  3. For the filling, combine softened butter, brown sugar, espresso powder, and cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside chopped chocolate.
