Ingredients

  • Chopped romaine lettuce
  • Diced red apple
  • Diced Anjou pear
  • Crumbled bacon
  • Chopped red onion
  • Dried cranberries
  • Crumbled feta cheese
  • Candied pecans (or walnuts)
  • Apple juice
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Honey
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by combining apple juice, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, and black pepper in a jar. Shake well and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, diced apple, diced pear, crumbled bacon, chopped onion, dried cranberries, and feta cheese.
