6 cups mixed salad greens
1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
4 slices crispy turkey bacon, crumbled
2 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 avocado, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
Rinse and dry the mixed salad greens thoroughly. Tear into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble once cooled.
In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
