  • 1 cup diced onion
  • ¾ cup bread crumbs
  • â…“ cup broth or water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, broth, eggs, garlic powder, tomato paste, salt, and pepper; mix until just combined.
