  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cups shredded coconut (sweetened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toasted coconut flakes (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
  2. In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, and powdered sugar. Pour over the cooled crust and bake for another 15-20 minutes until set and lightly golden on top. Allow to cool completely.
