  • 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 11 tablespoons softened butter (for cookie dough)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl; mix well.
  3. 3. Press mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add egg, sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla; mix until combined.
  5. 5. Pour cheesecake filling over cooled crust.
  6. 6. For the cookie dough topping, beat softened butter with sugars until fluffy; add egg and vanilla. Gradually mix in flour and salt; fold in chocolate chips.

  8. 8. Bake for an additional 40-50 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
