Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 3 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener (or other granulated sugar)
  • 6 Tbsp cream cheese (about 3 oz)
  • 4 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • Optional: 3-4 Tbsp melted white chocolate chips for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla protein powder, coconut flour, monk fruit sweetener, cream cheese, and crushed Oreos. Mix until well combined. If the dough is too soft, add more coconut flour; if it's too thick, add a teaspoon of water or almond milk.
  2. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to firm up.
  3. If desired, melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle over the chilled protein balls before serving.
