  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ tsp kosher salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup low sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Boil ditalini pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat avocado oil and brown the Italian sausage.
