  • 1 lb rigatoni pasta
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 5 oz package of garlic and herb Boursin cheese
  • Fresh grated Parmesan for serving
  • Dried or fresh parsley for garnish

  1. Brown the ground beef in a Dutch oven over medium heat with diced onion and minced garlic until cooked through. Drain excess grease if necessary.
