  • 12 oz Pappardelle Pasta (or your choice of pasta)
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Dry White Wine
  • 5 oz Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • Kosher Salt and Black Pepper
