  • 68 Croissants
  • 1012 slices deli meat (ham, turkey, salami)
  • 34 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 810 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. Cut croissants into thirds and layer them in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and rosemary until well blended.
  4. Dunk each croissant piece into the egg mixture; shake off excess before placing back in the dish.
  5. Fill gaps with layers of deli meat and Swiss cheese.
  6. Mix honey and melted butter; drizzle over the top.
  7. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
