  • 1/4 cup Nuzest rich chocolate pea protein (28g)
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder (22g)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp water (more or less as needed)
  • 34 oz dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Flaked sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup pea protein powder, 1/4 cup cacao powder, and 1/8 tsp salt.
  2. Add 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mix well and gradually add water until you achieve a dough-like consistency.
  3. Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt 3-4 oz dark chocolate with 1 tsp coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper to cool.
