  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare two baking sheets by lining them with foil or brushing with olive oil.
  3. Cut chicken breasts into strips approximately 3-4 inches long and 2-3 inches wide.
  4. Crush the Doritos into small pieces by gently squeezing the bag.
  5. Set up a dipping station: place milk, flour, and beaten eggs in separate bowls, then pour crushed Doritos into a final bowl.
