  3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 5-6 hours until doubled in size.
  4. Shape the dough by folding edges toward the center, then place it seam-side up in a floured basket for a second rise (2-3 hours).
  5. Preheat oven to 450°F while preparing your baking setup.
