  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Cremini mushrooms
  • Garlic
  • Marsala wine
  • Heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Dredge in flour.
  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken cutlets for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and sauté sliced mushrooms for 3-5 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and marsala wine; let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream back in along with the chicken, cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
