  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 100g golden syrup
  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 150g milk chocolate
  • 125g Mint Aero Bubbles
  • 175g milk chocolate (for topping)
  • 175g white chocolate (for topping)
  • A few drops of green food colouring

Instructions

  1. Grease and line an 8×8” baking tin.
  2. Crush digestive biscuits in a ziplock bag using a rolling pin.
  3. Melt butter and golden syrup in a saucepan over low heat.
  4. Melt dark and milk chocolates separately in the microwave.
  5. Combine melted chocolate with the butter mixture and crushed biscuits.
  6. Press the mixture into the prepared tin firmly.
  7. Cool slightly, then press Mint Aero Bubbles into the base.
  8. For the topping, melt milk and white chocolates; add green food coloring to white chocolate.
  9. Create a marbled effect by spooning alternating dollops of both chocolates on top.
  10. Chill for at least two hours before slicing.
