  • 1.5 pounds ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables; mince garlic.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and heat.
  3. Cook chicken breasts in the skillet, seasoned with salt and pepper, for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temp should reach 165°F).
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside; add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté briefly before adding chopped tomatoes. Cook until softened (about 5 minutes).
