  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (170 g each)
  • 120 g lump crab meat
  • 120 g cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 60 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 30 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs until well combined.
  3. Slice pockets into each salmon fillet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fill each pocket with stuffing; secure if necessary.
  5. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat; sear salmon for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden.
  6. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon is opaque and filling is warm.
