  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 10.5 oz condensed cheddar soup
  • 10.5 oz condensed cream of bacon soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (12 oz package)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Brown the ground beef until fully cooked, crumbling as you go.
  3. Add onions; cook until translucent.
  4. Stir in garlic and Italian seasoning; cook for one minute.
  5. Mix in cheddar soup, cream of bacon soup, chicken broth, and half and half until combined.
  6. Stir in frozen mixed vegetables; bring to a boil.
  7. Cut biscuits into six pieces each; add to boiling mixture.
