  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

  1. Prepare the potatoes by peeling and dicing them into small cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the diced potatoes until golden brown (about 8–10 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent (3–4 minutes).
  4. Add ground turkey, breaking it into smaller pieces as it cooks until no longer pink (6–8 minutes).
  5. Stir in dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Combine cooked potatoes back into the skillet with the turkey mixture; pour in chicken broth and stir.
  7. Cover and simmer on low for about 5 minutes.
  8. Finish off by stirring in fresh parsley before serving hot.
