  • 2 medium zucchinis, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  3. Add ground turkey to the skillet and cook while breaking it apart until no pink remains (about 5–7 minutes).
  4. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika; stir well.
  5. Add zucchini; stir gently to combine and cook for another few minutes.
  6. Pour in diced tomatoes with juice; cover and simmer for 5–7 minutes until zucchini is tender.
  7. Optional: Top with shredded mozzarella cheese; cover until melted (2–3 minutes).
  8. Serve warm garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
