  • 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  • 12 tablespoons heavy cream (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, milk, oil, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the diced peaches.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, melted butter, diced peaches, and vanilla until smooth; adjust consistency with heavy cream if needed.
