1 ¼ tsp salt
1 tsp instant yeast
1 cup (240ml) lukewarm water
1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and yeast. Add lukewarm water and stir until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Lightly flour a surface, turn out the dough, and fold it over itself 2-3 times to form a loose rectangle. Transfer to a floured parchment-lined sheet and let rise for an additional 30 minutes.
