  • 4 (6 oz each) salmon filets
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 Tbsp water
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp blackening seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon dry and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and optional blackening seasoning.
  2. Preheat your broiler to medium position.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and olive oil. Add minced garlic and cook briefly.
  4. Stir in honey, water, soy sauce, sriracha, and lemon juice; cook until heated through.
  5. Place salmon filets skin side down in the skillet and baste with glaze for about 3 minutes.
  6. Transfer skillet to broiler and broil for 5-6 minutes until caramelized.
