  • 1/3 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

  • 5 green onions, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and spray a baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Wash and slice russet potatoes into 1/4 inch rounds.

  4. Spread the potatoes on the baking pan in a single layer; bake for 20 minutes, flip slices, then bake for another 20 minutes until crispy.

  6. Broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
