  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (or broth)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  4. Roll out each biscuit until about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Place two tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each rolled-out biscuit.
  6. Fold dough around filling and pinch to seal; place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter mixed with minced garlic and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
