  • 150g fresh blueberries
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 113g room temperature butter (8 tablespoons)
  • 75g mashed fresh blueberries (1/2 cup)
  • 45g honey (2 tablespoons)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  3. Allow dough to rest at room temperature until it rises by at least 50%, about 4-6 hours.
