  • 4 large Russet potatoes
  • 2 cups cooked pulled Beef
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • chopped green onions
  • bacon bits
  • sliced jalapeños
  • avocado slices
  • smoked paprika

Instructions
