  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas into 1-inch thick pieces.
  2. Freeze the banana slices on a parchment-lined tray for at least 1 hour until firm.
  3. Soften peanut butter in the microwave if needed and mix with honey or maple syrup.
  4. Spread peanut butter on half of the banana slices and top with another slice to create sandwiches.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  6. Dip each banana sandwich in the melted chocolate and roll in chopped peanuts.
  7. Freeze again for 1-2 hours until completely firm.
