  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce
  • 3 tbsp Nashville hot seasoning
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp crushed salt & vinegar kettle chips
  • 1 tbsp sliced green onion

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs: Place eggs in a pot covered with cold water. Bring to a boil, cover, and remove from heat. Let sit for 12-14 minutes, then cool in an ice bath before peeling.
  2. Prepare the filling: Cut peeled eggs in half and remove yolks into a bowl. Mix yolks with hot sauce, Nashville hot seasoning, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fill the egg whites: Add hot sauce to each egg white cavity as desired. Spoon the yolk mixture into each half.
  4. Create the topping: Combine crushed potato chips with a bit of hot sauce and sprinkle over filled eggs.
  5. Garnish: Top with sliced green onion before serving.
