  • 1 pack (8 ounces) cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 loaves cubed French bread
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and half of the vanilla until smooth.
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the cubed French bread, spread half of the cream cheese mixture over it, and add one cup of blueberries. Repeat layers.
  3. Whisk together eggs, remaining milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and remaining vanilla in another bowl; pour over layered ingredients.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake uncovered for about 75 minutes until golden brown.
