  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch for 20-30 minutes.
