1½ lb chicken breast
2 lb red potatoes

2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare the potatoes by tossing them with olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Spread them on one-third of a lined sheet pan and roast for 10-15 minutes.
In the same bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper for the chicken coating. Coat each chicken breast with this mixture.
After the potatoes have cooked briefly, add the coated chicken to the pan. Toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl before adding them to any free space on the sheet pan.
Bake everything together for about 25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 4-5 minutes.
