  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 12 oz pasta (spaghetti or penne)
  • ½ cup basil pesto
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional)
  • Extra Parmesan cheese (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Coat each breast in a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan.
