  • 1 egg
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 34 teaspoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and egg until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
  4. Roll out puff pastry into rectangles and cut them for filling.
  5. Spoon cream cheese filling followed by pumpkin mixture onto each pastry piece.
  6. Brush edges with an egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
