  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz frozen assorted vegetables
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter and sauté diced onions and garlic until softened. Add chicken chunks seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika; cook until no longer pink.
  2. Stir in frozen vegetables and chicken bouillon; cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  3. Pour in both condensed soups and milk; mix well to create a creamy sauce.
  4. Cook egg noodles per package instructions until al dente. Drain and combine with the chicken mixture.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with extra paprika if desired.
