3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
12 oz frozen assorted vegetables
1/2 yellow onion
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
12 oz egg noodles
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp chicken bouillon granules
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and ground black pepper
1/2 cup milk
Instructions
In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter and sauté diced onions and garlic until softened. Add chicken chunks seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika; cook until no longer pink.
Stir in frozen vegetables and chicken bouillon; cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
Pour in both condensed soups and milk; mix well to create a creamy sauce.
Cook egg noodles per package instructions until al dente. Drain and combine with the chicken mixture.
Serve hot, garnished with extra paprika if desired.
