Instructions

  1. Juice the lime and measure out all liquid ingredients.
  2. If using homemade raspberry syrup, simmer raspberries with sugar and water until thickened, then cool.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, passionfruit juice, raspberry syrup, lime juice, and egg white (or aquafaba).
