  4. Roll chilled mixture into small balls using your hands.
  5. Melt dark chocolate chips in another bowl using the same microwave method.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted dark chocolate, ensuring full coverage, then place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Chill for another 10 minutes until set, then drizzle remaining melted chocolate on top and sprinkle with additional raspberry powder.
