  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 shallot (finely diced)
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 16 oz package shelf-stable gnocchi
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
