  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 anchovy fillets

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 bunch lacinato kale
  • 3 hearts of romaine
  • ¾ lb sliced bacon
  • ½ lb crusty Italian bread
